I love eating locally, especially if I find a place that is OUTSTANDING and that's what I found here! Kitchen Cray Cafe in Lanham MD is one of those places that became an instant favorite for half a dozen reasons, good food, atmosphere, friendliness, cleanliness, convenience and price. The restaurant is located on the ground floor in an Executive Office Park and you would of course assume that it is a “fast execution” Feeling for office workers to take a bite during work, but not. The cook is a friend of a friend he's after hours for 40. My friend's birthday surprise dinner opened. He created a solid menu that everyone paid in advance to have an exact head count. I had the summer Berry Salad Blackened Salmon w/Spinach, Potatoes Cajun cream sauce rum cake mm mm mm mm mm mm mm mm. My friend I coordinated what we ordered to share each course, so I also tasted the Wings Chicken Waffles Red Velvet Cake

I love the fact it has a soul food/ artistic feel.... Being health conscious, it's GREAT to see they have healthy options that are actually good and well proportioned....Food and service is amazing. I am and will continue to be a regular.
