Located in the Hotel Weisser Bar. We Sat out on the terrace-Nice views of the Mosel river and the hill with vineyard opposite. Service is slow and not attentive- we had to ask for water multiple times and also open and pour the bottle of water which is a bit odd as this would be a standard in the restaurant in the UK. The amouse of bread was below average with wheat based white bread with an odd Yogurt with dill dip. The mains of stuffed fried calamari with spring vegetables and beurre blanc was good , beautifully presented as was the Osso bucco of veal with Milanese risotto. Den Tisch unterwegs reserviert über die App, freundich begrüsst und die Tisch Auswahl drinnen oder draußen wurde angeboten. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Der Selbst gemachte Eistee ist sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiterin konnte mir genau erklären wie er bei Ihnen gemacht wird und man konnte so auch erfahren was drin ist falls Unverträglichkeiten bestehen. Das Esen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder wenn ich eine Cabrio Tour in der Nähe unternehme. Dann auch mal Morgens direkt zum Frühstücken.
