Fries are gluten free, but there is pizza otherwise, so they are not sure whether the flour hasn't gotten somewhere it shouldn't have. So most safe in the early lunch time before they make the first pizza. Plus a wide variety of gluten free popsicles, seperately packaged, really nice taste.
