Klarer - Reservar una mesa

We spontaneously went to Klarer for dinner and ordered sliced veal and a bratwurst, each with rösti. the rösti was quite good. I can 't judge the bratwurst because there weren 't any. I rejected the Engadinburst that was offered as an alternative because I couldn 't imagine anything with it, and instead ordered the onion sauce. the onion sauce that was served was unfortunately only water warmed up with onions, tasteless and nothing at all. the hammer was the veal slices, the veal more suitable for smoking than for eating, with a somehow rancid cheese sauce. in order to still get the inedible into the hungry stomach, we wanted to help with salt; Unfortunately the salt mill was empty. I can only recommend accommodation in the Hotel Klarer. I was warmly welcomed despite arriving late in the evening. The room was huge (even two floors) and it smelled of wood. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The fruit salad is nicely portioned in preserving jars. There was effort. Even if you come out of your room in the morning for breakfast, it tastes like fresh bread probably from the bakery belonging to it. Even getting up is fun! xP
