Located in the Marais, near metro Saint Paul, it's the right place to have a cold one, an exotic shot, or one of the wide varieties of cocktails. There is always good music on, and features quizzes on Mondays PM. Currently beers on tap are Grimbergen (white and amber), Grolsch, Guinness and Kilkenny for happy hour prices until 10pm. Baristas are friendly, dynamic. Moods can swing between a full blown house to quiet cozy - find your own time to get there, and bring your own food to the premises.
So, essentially this is a sports bar. When we got there all TV's were showing handball- which as an American was odd, like watching ESPN ocho dodgeball. But interesting. They have happy hour until 10pm, which in the states is unheard of but I really enjoyed. The vibe was relaxed and unintimidating for an American. Very convenient from where we were staying. I would recommend for anyone staying in the Marais.
