Außergewöhnliches, etwas schrulliges Ambiente, das Seinesgleichen sucht. Die kleine Karte mit fünf bis sechs Speisen steht auf einer kleinen Tafel. Die Preise sind der deutlich überdurchschnittlichen Qualität angemessen, es ist immer alles frisch. Das Fleisch beispielsweise kommt von einem der besten Metzger, den ich kenne. Wenn etwas von der Karte aus ist, dann wird es gestrichen, fertig. Ist mir sehr viel lieber als eine mehrseitige Karte, für die dann aufgetaut wird. Im Winter sitzt man drinnen mit großem Kachelofen, hat fast schon das Ambiente eines Antiquitätengeschäfts, im Sommer auf der Terrasse draußen am Bach. Sonderwünsche sind nicht gefragt, das kann ich seitens des über 80jährige...
If it's the same host people as over 30 years ago, I congratulate. We had eaten there and loved the Atmosphere. Backward running watches and many beautiful things.There were already super steaks at the time and the snail pun was delicious. The cake great. A small menu carefully prepared and clear a love for good ingredients. We love to come here both in summer and winter when the museum-like warm and interesting atmosphere is most pleasant. It is an essential stop every time we visit this beautiful part of Germany. The wines come from a local vineyard and delicious.
We, my wife and I, wanted to go well on holiday on site, regional food. And, found here a restaurant with such flair, hospitality, fine food, and ambience! It was a great pleasure for us, I would like to emphasise this! Thanks again, we hope to see GLG again soon

Unbelievable place, the muzzles were simply wonderful and the Panna Cotta is looking for the same, the romantic atmosphere and surroundings, just amazing! I come back with family and friends, unfortunately only very fast and alone on the road
Very well decorated guest house. We were greeted at the entrance by a knight. The food was very delicious, and the map was clear. Become back in summer to enjoy the location near the brook.
It's a beautiful place, but don't expect a warm welcome. The treatment by staff is not bad... there is only no treatment.
Intressant, super ambience. Very good cake. When we were there unfortunately weakly heated therefore a star less.
