The Klostermühle has thrilled us with its ambience, menu and beverage selection.My Schnitzel Around the world was amazingly good. The refined panade bare the delicate meat, the cuddly sweet potato sticks, the oriental lentil salad, the lime dip and the peanut ginger pesto, each for itself an explosion of taste. Insane!The other portions that were served to the guests at the neighboring tables were rated with a very tasty, very rich, cool.The service convinced by kindness, attention and speedy work, while utilising all tables in the restaurant and on the terrace.The many guests show that the Klostermühle is a restaurant with many dishes, vegan, vegetarian and with meat, fish and refined desse...
I was surprised today by my husband and taken to the monastery mill for dinner we were very kindly received and accompanied to our table. The service was excellent and we gave our drinks order. In the meantime, we have studied the extraordinary menu and selected something nice. I chose the Spice Duck and was irritated by the way. But the taste and quality have really impressed me. For the super service and the culinary delight from the kitchen there are five stars
On the terrace with views of the Weser and a great ambience you can end the day with delicious dishes at a glass of Swabian Trollinger. I had chosen a Holsteiner Schnitzel, saying that the chef understands his craft. The service was friendly. I like to come back to the Klostermühle to Bursfelde.
