Klosterschanke - Reservar una mesa

In an old church in Lennep the location and restaurant is beautiful. The food was very good: great meat and traditional dishes. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the service. We waited 1.5 hours between the starters and the main course: rude and forgetful. So it was very unpleasant and difficult to enjoy dinner. I would like to try again in the hope of a better turnover of events.

Visit the nice small city centre of Lennep, close to Remscheid. Make a walk through the nice centre and book a table at Klosterschänke. A restaurant located in an old church and offers a wide variation of good food. Quite popular so table reservation might often be required.

When we entered, a piano player played American titles and we felt welcome. You had menus in English and you can use your Master Card credit card here. This was one of the most delicious meals I had during a 7 day stay in Lennep. A must!

Enjoy a nice dinner with a customer in this old church building in the middle of the city. Good selection of dishes for every taste. My flank steak was perfectly cooked and tasteful. English menu and service available

Cosy atmosphere and excellent food. Something missing? Well, a few years ago, more local dishes were offered that I liked a lot... More international or typical German dishes are now offered. Usually quite delicious.
