Knead Doughnuts

I’m visiting Providence and with my longtime friend made our way to KNEAD DOUGHNUTS this morning….in a few words Great,sweet, and uplifting customer service. As soon as you go inside you can see the colorful delicious doughnuts,the indecisiveness starts, and it was just pure joy ordering. The woman with the blonde hair was super sweet, I wanted the strawberry shortcake instead of the blackberry crumble and I got both so three doughnuts price of 2=“Yes please….here’s a tip Thank you” Love this

A few weeks back I placed an order online. Bernadette called me to inform me that some of my selections were unavailable. She graciously offered alternatives. When I picked them up she was all smiles and very nice. My mom loved her doughnut. Now she wants one from here all the time. Thank you for such great service.

First time going here. Small and clean. I do wish they had more coffee options but the donut I had was good. Chai was delicious as well.
