Food is good but the young lady did not know menu or the posted special was not communicated. Ordered 2 breads on sale but only charged &received 1. Saw the pan breads on sale for $2 each. Asked what a pan bread was, and she was confused and said they were the sweet breads. I ordered several not expecting to be charged $5.99 ea. When questioning her at the window she seemed to back track and lamely said it was bread they make there. A manager? Was there with her and explained they were certain breads they were out of. I just left it as it was. Not sure I will come back for specials as they don 't seem to communicate to staff nor train staff on menu.

We never received our Club Sandwich, so we were missing a complete item in our order. The Chicken Salad Sandwich was more bread than chicken salad. Not worth ordering from them. It is expensive for the quality of the meal then to have an entire item missing is poor quality control on their end. Order elsewhere.

I wish they would fill the bowls of soup with more of the noodles etc I had lots of broth and the soup cup was only filled just barely past the half mark. Its an expensive bowl of soup for what u get. However I gave 4 stars cuz it tastes great. They just need to be consistent with the portions and less broth.

I love the franchise. Such good food. This location is very dirty. The bread shelves are covered in crumbs. The dessert cabinet is covered in dust and other filth. Cooks in the back on their phones without washing hands before touching the food. Brandon, the cashier was very good up front. Reserva una mesa ahora

everything was delicious. that was the first time I tried the famous chicken sandwich and raspberry bread pudding and loved both of them. My son particularly enjoyed the tomato soup.

Nice simple wholesome food. I had the turkey and soup. My friends also enjoyed their meal. We ate in and the wait was enjoyable. Very clean and courteous.

Not sure what the point of having a to go ordering option is if you have to wait 15 minutes I'm line that people use to order to stay is.

One of the best salads Ive had. Really generous portions and so fresh. Definitely recommend.
