Usually I love this place! The board game collection is insane and the people here usually create a very chill environment. My roommate and I have been heading here every weekend for a while now... Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience a few minutes ago which is why I'm leaving.. and I'm not sure I'll can come back for a while. I really hope the owner addresses this because this is one of my favourite places in Boston. : I wish this hadn't happened so that I didn't feel actively unsafe existing here now... The internet went down and we waited a while before heading to the counter to ask about it. The person behind the counter was extremely rude to us about it and seemed to be annoyed...
A shout out for the super friendly staff in this one of a kind place. It's unique with a board game cate. I hosted my daughter's 13 years birthday party and everybody reported a good time. The staff helped me get a good table even on a busy Sunday and made excellent paninis and cappuccinos while I appropriately hit a few tables away (yes, it's that age).
A board game lover's heaven. I could spend hours and hours learning and playing new board games, and the price to enter is super reasonable $15 on weekends)! They have a huge selection, including some games that are not sold in the US. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. I also love that you can bring your own snacks and alcohol.
A nice spot for a fun night out with friends or family. We were able to get our names on the waitlist and come in on a Saturday night after waiting only 20-30 minutes on the list. There is an incomprehensibly large game selection that offers anything one might want. There is plenty of space and the ambiance is relaxing.

This is an amazing cafe to spend time with a group of friends or your family. They also have a massive collection of board games to try out and the ambience is great too. You can also order food and drinks and I felt it was great. The staff was very kind and I would definitely love to visit again!
Kaleb with a K is the man. He made the BEST banana smoothie I have had in Boston and he was so friendly as a server. He saved our group of fives game night. 5 stars. Will be coming back. He’s my guy.
Amazing place. Must go. Great vibe and plenty of room for board games. The cafe is a great touch and has a matcha latte (comes unsweetened). Great value for the money as well
Owner was SO sweet and the place is such a vibe. Lots of board games. Good price and so worth if you can come when there's space.
