As a business owner, I've never seen anyone talk themselves out of a sale quite like this. I called this venue to inquire about hosting a 1-year-old's birthday party, especially after seeing positive reviews about similar events held there. I mentioned that my guest list would be around 35 people, and the response I received was that my party was too small for their hall and that I would end up paying too much. I had to ask multiple times for a price quote, as I live in the area and was still interested in learning about costs. Ultimately, they quoted me $650, plus a $50 fee for a bartender. This seemed quite reasonable to me. Even if I only had five guests, it wouldn’t make much difference...
On the day of my event, at around 6:40 PM, they began allowing guests from the next event to come in, effectively rushing us out while we still had visitors present. The new party started setting up before 7 PM, even though our gathering was still ongoing. When we attempted to speak with the hall manager about the situation, he was rude and unhelpful, and his son defended him by saying, "Oh, he is sick." Overall, the customer service was terrible and unreliable. I would advise against using this hall if you don't want your event jeopardized by their overbooking mistakes.
I just called this place looking for a hall for just an hour or two and I am still in shock at what happened. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I am not sure what went wrong but one minute I was asking questions to find out a suitable date and a rate that worked for me and the next minute this man was hanging up on me talking about we don 't want your business . What was it he didn 't like about me? Wow , just wow.
I just had my daughter's first birthday party here over the weekend and it was wonderful. The room is very large and spacious, we were even able to have a corn hole game set up. The banquet manager was timely and responsive with answering questions/booking and the bartender day of was great.

This is an excellent spot for celebrating special occasions. They offer handicap accessibility, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are quite reasonable too.
The best part of this place is the fact they had LTW, KPW, and RBW there. Every other fed that runs out of this place sucks. These three Feds are great.
