Knödl-Alm - Reservar una mesa

One should keep in mind that the restaurant is on the top of the heel and in winter time it is a challenge to get there.We couldn't do it by car since we didn't put chains on the wheels so we had to walk up the hill. It was windy and snowing heavely and there was no light during the whole way up. We were with a small kid and an old lady so it took us time and afford. When we finally got in we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and if don't have reservation there was no way to get the table. I was begging for the table appealing to the fact the we were struggling the whole way up but the owner of the restaurant wasn't impressed with the fact. His wife finally found a table for us...

On Saturday the 3e of May we visited the Knödl Alm again. This time with 9 people... As usefull, very friendly personal. The Grill Haxe is delicious. So not leave without trying the ice variation. I was very suprised on some of the negative reactions. It is a very small authentic restaurant, you always need to make reservations. If you are coming without having one, you should not blame the restaurant owner......

My family and I visit every time we're here for vacation. It's always a delight. Every friend I bring with me thanks me for showing them the delicious Knödel they cook at the Alm. It's highly recommended to visit on the weekends for Haxn or Braten and also to reserve a table!

What a wonderful experience! The selection of Knoedels is marvelous! The service is great, the food as well! But do make a reservation during peak season, it does get busy!!

Nice choice of knödl but not always fresh and fare too small and expensive if not for the sight not worth returning
