very strange menu. I felt it was trying to be something that couldn't survive. after 3 nights I was trying to find something on the menu I wanted. I think it's very expensive for what it is. mixed greens at £4 turned out to be a big bowl of the heirsen! parsnip suppe looked like mud and a rediscovering of parsnip maische, which was served under the bark meat I had the night before. the breakfast was better, but the new policy is not to accept accusations on wings. for the standard tries to meet the hotel, they should really be able to offer people what they want. it wasn't busy.

excellent. the food was super boiled. we didn't expect it to be so good. very fresh. starter king garnels done in beautiful piquant sauce. risotto. very creative combination of aromen that works really well.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We was not expecting a buffet service but were pleasantly surprised with what was on offer. Excellent starters and overall very well executed and well done to the chefs.
