With 53 years Carola Arnold meets a dream she had with 14. “I knew I wanted to have my own restaurant,” says the dark-haired woman. Not only her brown eyes radiate, but the whole face. Since the beginning of this year she has been hosting Kleen Schänke at the Cunewalder Erlenweg. She has rented the formerly empty transfer house from the Landesverein Sächsischer Heimatschutz for some time.
