Finally made the trip to eat a nice steak dinner but the whole meal was a non event. Started with escargot which had a nice presentation but no taste, not washed so gritty, and a small amount of garlic.Followed with crawfish bisque but tasted more like a watered down chowder with a lot of pepper. Ordered the daily special of three meats filet was tender but no flavor, the lamb was full of grizzle that made it chewy, and the bacon slab was chewy and no real flavor. We buy Walmart bacon with more flavor. The spinach au gratin again had no flavor not fully cooked and the cheese was hardly melted. Appetizers: among our greats, we ordered the Porterhouse (in all its 32 oz glory), RIbeyes, and Pan-fried Tuna Steak. but hey, all my friends are carnivores! Tuna is a thick, smooth, dense and rich piece of fish. Perfect!Sides: we ordered Grilled Potstoes with fresh herbs and Augratin Creamy Spinach. Since I don't eat red meat I was a bit disappointed to see bacon in spinach. For the majority of KP's patrons, Eating around it is definitely not an option due to the amount of bacon.Potatoes are my favorite side, rich, creamy, wow! They are a meal in themselves!What a great restaurant for a date, business meeting or group of friends!

I really enjoy fine dining especially steakhouses. I think here in Mississippi we have 3 of the best steakhouses in the country. I had heard a lot about the service and quality of food here wasn't as good as the other in the area. My experience that this 1 of the best in the are if not the best steakhouses in Mississippi. It all starts with the cut of meat and their the best here. Judge for yourself

I am from out of town and wanted a nice steak house for my sons birthday! This was exactly what i was looking for everything was perfect, from the service to the food great ambiance I will go back next time I am In Mississippi

Excellent service, and the food was spectacular. I also love the semi-private feel of the tables, it makes conversation easy and more private.As for the food choices, just make sure you get the bacon. It's heaven on earth.
