Here’s how the visit unfolded: We arrived on Father’s Day, and while the restaurant was mostly slow, we waited 20 minutes to be seated. With a toddler in tow, we had to keep her in check when the host called us. Instead of waiting for us to catch up, he went to our table to clean the high chair, which left us confused about where he had gone.
Our waitress appeared distracted and confused. At one point, she left our table in the middle of taking our order to assist another table. She didn’t offer us any drink refills, and we were missing items from our order that we had to remind them about.
There was also a moment when my dad asked for a steak knife to cut his steak, but they brought him...
Who doesn’t love sushi especially at the low price of All You Can Eat?!We were in the area and stopped by as we didn’t want to wait to eat till we got closer to home. We were getting “hangry” ?Sushi was amazing, it was fresh and definitely the portions were the same as the other locations. I always order the hibachi steak Medium Rare and it was cooked as asked.This location, the set up was definitely more of a restaurant feel vs the Tampa or New Port Richey locations being a huge dining room or two separated rooms.The service was just as good as the other locations which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again!
The sushi here is decent—neither outstanding nor disappointing. However, my main complaint is with the owner, Tony, who started yelling at an employee right in front of customers in the middle of the restaurant. It was completely uncalled for and incredibly disrespectful. No boss or manager should treat their staff that way. Additionally, several items were missing from our order. After Tony dismissed our server in the middle of our meal, we requested the bill so we could leave, but we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for it. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Fountain Plus is a family favorite. We usually come here to enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi, hibachi, and other Asian-inspired foods. The atmosphere is quiet but the restaurant can get busy, which shows how attractive the business is. The service is always timely and the food has not disappointed in the multiple times we've visited. After you're finished eating, enjoy a vanilla ice creamVegetarian options: Their menu allows for substitutions and modifications, so when I want to eat vegetables, I ask the server to hold the meats.

Good food and concept in very busy location.... The food is pretty good and the concept of all you can eat hibachi and sushi is pretty clever. The negative is they need the best servers for this type of environment..We went here a few times and service was good one time and terrible the next. People wont come back if service is slow in this type of menu offering. If they get organized and have servers who are friendly and skillful this place can really do good in growing Brandon.
We live in Orlando and always go to Koizi when we're in Tampa. We'll the last few times they've been closed accept for to go, which is understandable. We were so excited to see them open this past weekend! Everything was handled so well, you really feel safe when dining in. Everything was served with disposable dishes and cutlery. I wish I would've gotten the server's name because she was great, but the service is always great when we come! Thank you for reopening!!
Service was really good, the waitress was really nice and they brought the food out really fast.Only gripe was that they limit the nigiri to 4 orders per person total, so it didn't feel endless. But you can get the rolls and such after.I don't eat wasabi or ginger, so I was glad that they didn't give it with each order. But you may need to ask for it if you did want it, I am not sure if they offer it
I had a delightful dinner here with friends. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The only minor issue was that the sushi service slowed down a bit when the kitchen got overwhelmed with a large number of orders, but they were quick to recover and keep the food flowing. Overall, it's definitely worth returning to! Food: 5/5

First time trying this restaurant, we just moved from Texas. Nakeal was our server he was amazing! Full of positivity and great recommendations! He ordered me his favorite roll, the Mexican roll, and told me to squeeze fresh lemon wedges on it! It was outstanding…We will definitely come back, especially for the service!Food: 5/5
