I'm not sure what has gone wrong at this location. The way they’re cooking the meat has resulted in it being quite dry, which definitely needs to be improved. Additionally, the staff could use better training; it took them a while to comprehend my order. I sincerely hope the owner notices these issues and makes some changes, as negative experiences can drive customers away. I will think about returning once I see more favorable reviews.
The food used to be excellent, but today we received four incomplete plates with extremely dry meat and undercooked fries. I struggled to explain my order again because the staff didn’t seem to be paying attention, so I ultimately gave up. The food didn’t taste fresh and looked like it had been sitting out for days. It was definitely overpriced for the quality we received. I would have preferred dining at Marathons for what we spent.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not enjoyable, and the staff member named Raj seemed disheveled and displayed rudeness towards both my wife and me. The service was poor overall, and the food didn't meet expectations either. I cannot recommend this place.
The meat was rather dry, obviously having been in the container for an extended period. The fountain drink was quite small and came without any refills, and the staff were not very welcoming. I recently dined with my spouse at the Ville St. Laurent location, and I had the half chicken plate, which was outstanding—super tender and full of flavor. I highly recommend it! The service was excellent, and our waitress was very friendly.
The food was outstanding, and the service was fast and efficient. The ambiance was pleasant, and there was ample convenient parking available. The facilities were also well-maintained and clean.
This place used to be so good like 4 5 years ago. Sad that the food is barely edible anymore. Cold chicken and like the other reviewers said its not good anymore. Just go the mcdonalds instead.
