I ordered from Kojax Souvlaki via Uber, but when the delivery arrived, three platters of chicken and fries were missing. I contacted the restaurant, and they insisted that all the food had been packed together. I explained that we did receive the salads in their containers, but the chicken and fries were nowhere to be found. The employee, Jessica, was adamant that it was impossible and suggested we must have made a mistake. When I tried to clarify, she interrupted me and abruptly ended the call, saying there was nothing more she could do. The service was nonexistent, with no follow-up or resolution. I would give them zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs.
This was my first time visiting Kojax Souvlaki, but they didn’t have the item I ordered in stock. Luckily, another location had it, so I had to drive 20 minutes, and the manager rushed to speed up the process. The second time I ordered, I called ahead and was told my order was ready, but when I arrived, it was still being prepared—something they could’ve mentioned during the call. Once it was ready, they made me wait another ten minutes because someone who came after me had paid first. Honestly, this will be my last time visiting this location.
The employee seemed more interested in chatting with her friend than serving us. I waited for five minutes without any attention. The service was the worst I've experienced! I would much rather go to Boustan just across the street.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had no idea what to expect, but it was incredible! The food was fresh and served hot, and the staff was amazing and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I just want to express how thrilled I am that Kojax has finally reopened in Laval, and honestly, it's even better than before! It used to serve typical fast food, but now it offers so much more.
The daily specials at Kojax Souvlaki are always a delight. I never tire of them. They’re also very accommodating with meal sides.
The food is excellent and the decor is lovely. My favorite dish is the chicken souvlaki. I highly recommend dining here!
