Great drinks and chocolate! Staff are usually friendly but the service is very inconsistent. On one occasion I waited 45 minutes for a simple long black takeaway coffee... after waiting for 20 minutes I reminded the waitress and she was very apologetic, but the coffee did not arrive even after this, so I asked her again and she was again very apologetic, waited some more and still no coffee..., so I asked her AGAIN and finally received my coffee, and what I paid was refunded. Terrible customer service. Dropped in for coffee after shopping. Rude staff member Ashana or however she spells it working on till. Took my order with a clipped “yep” “nup” yep” No smile, no eye contact, no attempt at customer service: just attitude. Acted as if we were an inconvenience. It wasn’t just me either. my friends noticed the salty service and commented as well. So no, defo won’t be back. We’re locals with money to spend. We’ll be spending it elsewhere .
if I'm in the mood for a little chocolate pampering, I can't go past koko black. in the love to the classic Belgian ice creamy chocolate creamy, chocolate and absolutely delicious. so many chocolates and chocolate-based desserts to try I had not really a bad thing here so far (except for the crumbs that are boring). prepare for a delicious diabetic coma.
Was greeting by a lovely girl Nikita, with the warmest most welcoming smile. She was extremely helpful in aiding us make a decision. Nikita has such a great personality, and is truly an asset to the Koko black franchise.

Best ICE CHOCOLATE ever!! Combination of chocolate ice cream, some milk, and chocolate sprinkle, its just perfect. I usually ask for extra springkle. It comes in 2 diff size. Coffee here is also nice.
came here after eating and it was very quiet. service was great. I ordered the mousse and found her a little too rich for me, and I unfortunately didn't finish it. the ice was amazing!
I’ve been here to try out their afternoon tea a few of years back and it was good. Returned this time round just to get a couple of desserts. Both the gateaux and tart were delicious.
