If you're looking for windows and relaxing views you won't find them here because you are going to be sitting in a basement. The restaurant features a patio bar where you can dine, but it was a bit too hot and sunny for us, so we opted for the rathskellar, the indoor area. This is a friendly, local spot owned and operated by a family who are attentive to their customers. The onion rings are fantastic, and my husband particularly enjoyed their schnitzel special when it was available. Most of the daily specials are excellent and reasonably priced. We also really enjoy the pizza, Reuben, and Philly sandwiches. The décor is very sports-themed, reflecting its location on a golf course, creating a casual yet comfortable atmosphere. Dating this review for 5/23/23 Food was good! Seems like the kitchen had it together , server was so so . The biggest problem was the drunk a pretentious owner shitting where he eats and s talking his staff the whole time and not realizing he and her are being overheard by customers. Obvious assholes , gonna have a hard time keeping staff

We visited the restaurant tonight after my daughter's softball tournament, and I can’t express enough how great Kendra, Ray, Dan, and Don were in taking care of us. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place. The food was good, cheap and good portions. The beer was cold, the service friendly. I was in town 1 night for an event, but if I lived there, it would be my go-to bar. That said, the decor needs brightened up, in my opinion.Food: 5/5
