The only issue I had with the place concerned the attitude of the hostess desk. I made a reservation for 8 people. However, I realized I forgot one person who was participating in a golf tournament and we didn't know he would definitely be there until he showed up. The reservation was on a Sunday at 7:00 p.m. I explained the situation and asked whether or not the table we would be at would accommodate adding a ninth chair to it should he show up. I received a bit of resistance and attitude like this could not be done since the reservations for 7:00 p.m. were full and it might require too much work to accommodate this request. They really crank the music after 7 and it is hard to have a conversation with your table mates. The food was good and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not check us as arrived for our Open Table reservation! We were a No Show as far as Open Table was concerned! This took up the better part of the rest of our evening trying to resolve. Kona Grill uses a table top kiosk to pay the bill, so we didn’t even have a receipt to prove we were there! All in all, a poorly managed restaurant with good food and decent service.
I signed up for the meet experience that was advertised on Open Table. When I arrived I was informed that it was designed for 2 people meaning that I had to purchase 2 orders. Considering it was just me, it did not make sense. It was a long drive wish I would have known this before hand.

We had an amazing dinner at Kona Grill! Our server Erica was attentive and the management made sure to check on us, making us feel valued. The food was excellent and the ambiance was lively and inviting. I highly recommend dining at Kona Grill!
The hostess had an attitude, just like the last time we visited. Despite having an 8:45 pm reservation, all the staff made us feel rushed. Additionally, the dragon roll we ordered was poorly made and constructed.
I really enjoyed the happy hour options, especially the meatballs and lettuce wraps! The service was great, but I was disappointed that they didn't have any draft beers available.
Roberto, our server, was FANTASTIC! Loved the power lunch menu. Came for a business lunch and will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality, Roberto!

The atmosphere was fun, the food was amazing and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this place!
Slow service, out of a lot of things, seemed a little chaotic for not being very busy.
