Today I ordered takeout from this restaurant. I ordered a medium well steak and lobster. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell what type of meat was used for the steak, as it was dry, thin, and lacked flavor. It didn't taste or resemble beef at all. I was unable to eat my meal for the high price of $32. Overall, I was very disappointed with the food quality. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience all rated a 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was $50-$100.
My family has been loyal customers of Konbu for 15 years. If you're looking for the best sushi in the area, Konbu is the restaurant to go to. We've had sushi in Japan, Hawaii, and NYC, and Konbu is just as good, if not better. This is a true testament to their quality. The owners are friendly and the servers are excellent. We love dining at Konbu and I'm sure you will too.
Overpriced mediocre sushi place. Be very careful with your check. They calculated 18% tip on top of the drinks and tax. When asked to change started to argue that all do it and all patrons pay. This restaurant is in poor condition, with inadequate service and a shortage of staff. It is a mistake to visit this place. There is only one chef and one waitress, resulting in a long wait for subpar food. The staff are not friendly. I would recommend avoiding this establishment. I have been a regular at this restaurant for almost 20 years. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. In my opinion, no other sushi restaurant in the area can compare. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.
I absolutely adore Konbu, our go-to sushi spot every week that never disappoints. The nutty tuna is absolutely amazing, I would happily lick the plate clean. The fish is always incredibly fresh and the rolls are generously sized. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The service is great and the staff are friendly. I particularly enjoyed the lightly tempura'd tuna, served in a martini glass. It was incredibly fresh.
