I know the caffe for years and before, everything was top! but lately I feel that the customer is no longer standing. have experienced two times that I brought cake that had passed, and I made it to my visit. find that the last is a lot of money for a piece of cake you can't eat. I also asked the girl at the counter whether the cake was freshly occupied and she lied to me in the face and said: yes, it is very fresh. I couldn't be at all. my visit and I were not thrilled and in the future I will get my cake somewhere else.

the cafe is located directly in the karlstadter old town, opposite the fashionhaus koch. it was recently refurbished and now shines in the new glamour. so you feel really well and can enjoy its torte or the cake in a great atmosphere. the torts, cakes, pralins etc. all come from own production and are not mass goods. that you can see and taste! I find the pralins and torts very tasty and a piece of tort at the price of 2,20€ I do not feel too expensive. who likes to eat good torts and pralins, he can watch over here.

so far we were always very happy with the cappuccino. after our visit today, I can't say that anymore. unfriendly operators who took our order only after 15 minutes, although numerous service personnel were present. the cappuccino was catastrophic and tasted only after water, no traces of coffee taste. after this experience we will avoid the caffe in the future.
