We absolutely loved this diner. It's nice and they have some great vegan breakfast options. We had the vegan omelet, which was tasty, delicious and very full. It was perfectly cooked, not excessively oily or something. The Haschbraunpatty was perfect! It also came with toast and fruit canned, which tasted amazingly. The decaf drip coffee was not your typical diner coffee. They actually have a counter as well as where they only serve coffee and pastries, but I did not notice any vegan options there. We also had the cauliflower hair and that was very good and was a little more a health-oriented dish, with more vegetables! It was served with Pesto. They were from the vegan egg when I visited, so I ordered the cauliflower hash. It was a filling and healthy meal before you ski. You have oat milk for coffee, which was beautiful. However, no vegan pastries.

We ate breakfast here twice while visiting Sun Valley. Vegan breakfast at restaurants can be hard to find so this place is a gem. The vegan omelette and kale breakfast bowl are superb!
