If you want to rest your feet after walking around town, this place is a great choice.We went in and ordered wine and special coffees.The waiter teased my husband by telling him that he couldn't get anything because he was too slow to order. From there on, we had a good laugh! The waiter was your typical high energy German who likes everything to run fast and on time. We had a ball.Speaking of balls, they serve the Franconian pastry balls here.The place was filled with both locals and tourists on a Sat PM. It was great fun to see the locals with their Christmas parcels in what truly is a fairy tale town.

Want to sit in style and watch the clock chime? For a mere 3 euro you can have an ice cream or a beer and sit and watch the people pass by. This is a very nice place to sit back and take it all...ok. The service is nice and the ice cream was good. I had the Toppler Pils which was only 2.50. Try it instead of just standing around.

Great place to enjoy a coffee and pastry. Not sure what there officially called but grab one of the chocolate balls there great. Don't bother waiting for the clock to chime at the top of the hour it's a bit disappointing.

Great variety on local specialities as Schneeballen , Springerle , outstanding cookies to take home and cakes to eat on the spot! Yummi! As I have seen small snacks and dishes locally made, nice!

Super Kuchenauswahl, sehr lecker, prima Kaffee, gemütliches Ambiente. Wenn man will, kann man das Treiben auf dem Marktplatz beobachten (so Fensterplatz ergattert).

Of the two nights we stayed in Rottenburg we ate twice here the food was good and the service was great with an elderly waiter as polite as could be!!

Stopped in after the Christmas Market. Right on the Marktplatz. Very clean. Decent value considering we were in Rothenburg. I recommend it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ich kann die Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Weder meiner Frau noch mir hat der Kuchen geschmeckt. Schade!
