The Kimchi Pancake was delicious at this restaurant. Overall, the food was tasty and the staff was friendly. However, there were some downsides to the experience. Not all tables had a barbecue, so if you didn't have a booking, you may end up at a table with a change-over table top. There was no ventilation, causing the air to be smoke-filled throughout the meal. The portions were on the small side, with only 2 side dishes served with the meat. The BBQ vegetables dish had very limited quantities of each vegetable. While we usually order multiple meats at Korean BBQ restaurants, we felt disappointed by the portion sizes here. Overall, it was not the worst meal, but it did not meet our expectat...
Visited just now. Despite two-thirds of the restaurant being vacant. Was held to wait 10min to be set down near the projected screen. The BBQ table was jamming my knees and bar stool like chairs too small even for little kids. Menu was given as we set down but no one paid attention to take our order. Had our eyes on every staff but was coldly ignored. Even the kitchen staff ignored our eye contact. Heard great things about the food but they must've neglected the fact that the front of the house and service is a greater of priority and must reflect the great food. Disgusting service. Certain to never return nor recommend.
The food, when it arrives, and when given to the correct person, and with the correct tools to cook it, is delicious. The process of acquiring said food, however, is not delicious. Literally nothing about this experience was easy, except the choice to give them only two stars on Trip Advisor. I think this place could be really good, once the wait staff learn how the heck to be wait staff. Prior to that, the only reason I would recommend Korbq is if you want to do your good deed for the day and help them learn by sacrificing yourself.
Tried to call multiple times for a lunch booking. They never responded and this is the second time we were trying to dine there. Last time, we did make a online booking and went there told us no such booking was made even we showed...them the email confirmation. Very rude to us but we just thought we should give it another try. Very disappointed and hope no one will receive such terrible customer service like us. Will give up to go there anytime soon.

Menu is great for variety and their BBQ is lovely. The food here seems a bit fusion which works quite well. Staff is efficient and food gets served pretty fast.
Refused Pram- Not child/family friendly. I got offered a table that can’t not fit a pram, there were more tables inside but wouldn’t offer me another table.
I ordered a $12 Bibimbap.
It is nice that they give you a Korean side dish with three different small korean appetizers that comes with it.

Fantastic food. Great reccomendations from the staff. I could not recommend more. The barbecue and hotpots are all worth a try
