Kpot Korean Bbq Hot Pot

The food was fine until we realized condensation was falling from the vent above us landing on me and in our food. Our waitress (Fanny), who was very warm and kind, called her manager who acknowledged the problem but promptly dismissed it. We requested a discount and she was only willing to take off the drinks, because we ate a substantial amount. When we received the check, she only took off the 2/4 drinks. I will not be returning and would suggest no one else to return. To top things off, I started getting a scratchy throat and running nose the next day...

This place is a life changing experience. It has ruined dinner with friends anywhere else. Time flies as you cook exactly what you want to eat in seconds. The staff is always quick to help and chat, I have gone here way too many times to count and i have never once had a problem. Might even go today with my friends, especially at lunch it can’t be beat!

I had a fantastic experience at KPOT Korean BBQ Hotpot, thanks to the wonderful hostess Asiah. She greeted us warmly and made sure we were seated quickly. The food was fresh and delicious, with a great variety for both BBQ and hotpot. The overall atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a perfect place for groups or family dinners. Highly recommend!!

This is a wonderful place to go! The wait times isn’t so bad and the service is excellent very clean with a lot of choices. My only grievance is something that is probably just a me thing and that’s when it came to the prepping of your sauce its kinda like a open area with out any way to cover it. The food is always delicious. Going for lunch is the best option, you get good meats it’s a bit cheaper. The service is always quick my servers have been nice every time. If you are down to cook your own food do the whole Korean BBQ K-Pot experience, this is a good place to go to lastly, its super cute inside!

I love Kpot and was actually surprised to find that they were a chain. Vast options, full bar, good quality and reasonable price all makes coming here a great time. Couple that with the knowledgeable and attentive staff and there's a reason why we go here almost monthly.

Something happened this past week. I went in 10/4 and 10/9. The quality of the meat was not up to par of when it was when it first opened. The short ribs were smaller and worse. The pork belly also went down in quality.

Fun place for a date night. Can be overwhelming with all the choices but it was yummy
