Kreuz Bern - Reservar una mesa

My overall experience was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which was convenient and offered easy access to the city. The common areas were fantastic, including the game room, tea room, reading area, and gym. It was a delight to be able to relax with a cup of tea after dinner or a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with navigating the city and overcoming language barriers. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with staff who were not only efficient but also very friendly and kind. I look forward to returning to Bern and staying at the Kreuz hotel again in the future.

Hotel was conveniently located. Friendly and efficient check in. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was extensive and catered for most tastes. The only negative was that the shower (particularly the entrance) was very small and required a lot of squeezing to get in!

Perfect location- close to the Christmas markets, train station and restaurants. Bern is a beautiful city and we were able to walk the Old Town easily from this hotel. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable and clean. Loved our stay!

Really good place to stay in city center. Close to station and all transportation. Single rooms are quite small, but clean and cozy. Street view part migh be a bit noisy early mornings. For breakfast you gate same offer every day, but coffee is perfect! Very friendly service.

The service is always very friendly and makes me feel immediately at home. The location is fantastic and I cannot imagine a much better location in Bern! The rooms are nice though perhaps a little small, but they have everything that is needed.
