my life mate and I wanted to do something else on the occasion of our annual day. Therefore we decided to stay there for the winery/buschebschank/pension krispel on the basis of a recommendation and the possibility to stay there. booking and reservation smoothly, we travel with dog. reception was very nice, by the chef himself. room clean and convenient. I can't stand it. buschenschank has a nice ambiente us the service friendly us flott. we just ordered the specialties from the wolves. If we're here, we didn't want to miss it. it's more like more meat. unfortunately there was no garnishing or supplementing. also not on demand. just don’t exist. That was a shame. nothing the despite excellent quality, which makes the price acceptable again. we have eaten and drank after lust and laune. white burgunder straden gets 10/10 points. not even the head hurt. everything we couldn't cost in the evening was breakfast. that was also very delicious. we come back in the early part to explore the opposite.
the wolschweincarpaccio from the crisple was my best carpaccio I've ever eaten! the wein of the weingut krispel have it also in itself, especially the greyburgunder are absolutely recommended. Here the normal greyburgunder has a very delicate red color, so the layered wine-grauburgunder has a beautiful orange color and the taste of this wine is delicate. Generally, this bushel is very much to be welcomed, it stands out from many other bushels in the country.
