Krispy Kreme (happy Valley)

Was never a fan of Kristy cream donuts (in California) but my kids saw an advertisement about their Scooby Do donuts. We live in Gresham now so the closest one was Portland. I took my kids and they had a deal going so we got the assorted scooby ones and the glazed. They did not last once we got home! So good and the customer service was amazing! Very welcoming, polite and nice ppl behind the counters. We went a second time to get the sorted dozen and dollar dozen glazed. Once again customer service was amazing! The donuts were really good. Wished I had gotten more of the Biscoff ones they did not disappoint. The place is clean as well. And plenty of seating for those wanting to sit in there.

I placed an order for delivery and it was not delivered. I inquired with a Store Rep who wasn't helpful and was rude, she even provided me with false information for the driver. I was given no notification ahead of time that the order was going to be late and eventually canceled. This means that I was left waiting for an order that would never arrive without notification, for a meeting in which I was expected to provide food and drinks. After calling back a 4th time, I spoke to a manager (who was great) and she authorized a refund wothout hesitation. Although, I have been reimbursed, this does nothing for the initial lack professionalism and customer service.

I bought a lemon-filled glazed donut and there was just a hint of the lemon filling in one small bite. I also bought a large cup of coffee and was really pleased with it it was neither bitter nor weak just perfect according to my taste.

I drove over 100 miles for this because none are closer. I used to live next to one back easy and miss it. Pretty decent prices (got a dozen of glazed for a dollar) and amazing doughnuts that stayed good in my fridge over a week.

Gotta love Krispy Kreme, their amazing Holliday specials and nice staff. You can even see the doughnuts being made through the viewing window at certain times. Definitely recommend for your occasional sweet tooth :

So the day I went was $0.86 dozen donut day to celebrate their 86th anniversary the donuts were hot the service was great and my staff enjoyed four dozen donuts

Got some donuts here today, and they are extremely dry and clearly not fresh at all. They were the Halloween minis. Didn?t even finish so old.
