Disappointed twice now; I always give a second chance (unlike what business owner suggests below . Chicken was rubbery. Smells like reused, old oil as well. The chicken nuggets were definitely fried more than once, you can smell the old oil, and wayovercooked. Just doesn't seem fresh at all, unfortunately. We love KK at another location, so that's why we are disappointed atthis one. Please make proper changes because we want to support halal spots! (Edited to add: this review was added in July'22, but because of an edit it seems recent. Also, I would have appreciated a response that acknowledged the inedible chickenfor my children and how changes would be made to the cooking. I paid over $80...
Came in to pick up food then as I ask, for my food. Had to wait because he having an argument with a delivery driver. Over the wrong package the delivery driver told him it’s not his fault. still insulted the guy even call him then n word ask for my food he gave an attitude then ask me to leave. would you feel comfortable ordering from this place will you think care and love it’s being done for your food with the attitude problem the guy has he gives a Muslims a bad image and for that I can’t spend one dollar here.
How on earth do you run out of fries? Or how can you not make fresh ones? It really feels like laziness not to fry up a fresh batch. I ordered fries and they just went to get some from BurgerIM! It's actually pretty funny—just a quick look at the map shows that the two locations are only a minute apart by foot or car. It reminded me of that "steamed hams" episode from The Simpsons. Also, I’m curious how the Paterson location is managing to do better; I doubt they'd pull a stunt like that!
Update: I just received a text saying my order is ready. After finally getting someone on the phone, the guy casually mentioned it wasn't a big deal. I couldn't help but ask if he was cooking dinner for my family. This is not good business practice.

This is my second visit, and I still see the same notice on the window. The last time I came, I waited for a long time, but no one answered the door. This time, I'm leaving and don’t plan on coming back.
The lady was extremely nice and the food was very reasonably priced! I plan on going back there again and again to try almost everything on their menu!
Hours aren’t accurate. Ordered delivery online and never came in. Next time i went in person an hour before closing and they were closed
Takes around 45 minutes for them to prepare a family meal. Overall the food is great. Would recommend.

Great value and tasty food. The owners are very welcoming and friendly.
