Kroger - Reservar una mesa

I was physically assaulted and unknowingly recorded today while shopping for food for my family. The manager put me out for language I used toward the two men who assaulted me and told me to call corporate. After shopping at this location for seven years it is sad to see a manager let a woman get attacked and don't even attempt to call the police. I have called corporate and I will from this point forward make sure they provide better security if this the last thing I do because I should not feel afraid to go to the grocery store or be unjustly punished as a victim of assault

Online grocery order and pickup is great but sometimes can be hit and miss with accidentally not getting 1 or 2 of your items. However with a quick phone call to the dept at store location, Misty is the amazing fixer. We truly appreciate her and her communication with us. She's professional and efficient. She makes sure the customer is happy and does it with a smile you can see through the phone! Thank you misty and the rest of the crew for grocery order and pickup. They are always very kind and helpful when bringing groceries to your vehicle.

Tried to buy some gift cards here and was treated like a criminal. The store is limited on how much they can sell in 10 minutes so I had to space my transaction apart and then they refused my next transaction. I presented my ID and credit card to show there was no fraud but the manager who came out with no mask refused to budge citing a non-existent rule. He was also unwilling to give information for his Superior so I could sort it out so this won't happen again. Huge waste of time.

Um, this location--bless it's heart. Parking lot is rough, The staff is really friendly and kind but the location is no bueno. While shopping I forgot it was even a Kroger? It had a strong... Walmart/ Food Town vibe. No meat seafood market.Sooooo many flies near the produce, you know that smell when potatoes are molded? ...you don't? Well take a trip to that area if you wanna smell such a foul odor.

The parking lot entrance/ exit is dangerous with no markings. The store is run down with old equipment. no deli. Very limited merchandise compared to others. Even the Kroger In oakcliff has more variety. Kroger need to give that store some love or just close it honestly.
