Never have I ever came across such RUDE employees. Went thru drive thru Sunday night ab 9pm. Ordered 2 #1s (4 Krystal?s) and 4 chicks. She only gave us 5 total Krystal?s and 2 chicks. When we hold her we were missing 3 burgers and 2 chicks she didn?t saya word. 8 mins later she returned and only gave us 3 burgers. No chicks. Completely lazy and incompetent staff. I tried calling4 times afterwards and no answer. Hey owner, your staff doesn?t give a you know what about their jobs and the one at the windowquite frankly should be fired for being so rude. This location will never again get our business.
To fully explain, it’s 6 in the evening on a Wednesday. Two eight foot tall banners are waving in the breeze that state “lobby open”. I go to the door, lo and behold it opens when I tug on it. I enter, expecting to be greeted by smiling faces and deliciousness however that was not the case. I was rudely rejected and told the lobby was in fact not open. The end. I love Krystal burgers but did not get any this day.
I ordered some burgers and anticipated a wait of about half an hour, like at any other Krystal. However, that wasn't the case here. The staff at this Krystal were very friendly, and they had my burgers ready in just 15 minutes! I always enjoy stopping at Krystal, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit this location again when I’m passing through the city!
This restaurant is absolutely terrible! Service is awful, doors are locked 90% of the time, they are slow as molasses in the drive through, then when you get your order it's not even warm. I don't know where they find these people! I'm done, I gave them 3 chances in the last couple months! Won't ever be back!!

Not sure how the food is but the issue is not getting any service, stood in line for 10 min without anybody acknowledging me, I was the only one there..employees just talking to each other and not doing there job..oh well loss of sale, I took my money to quick trip, they happily took it!
The food was cold, like just taken out of a refrigerator. Three hotdogs were all cold, even chili sauce. Could at least heated up in the microwave. DO not recommend this Krystal burger for food. The service was great. All staff was friendly.
The cashier was quite rude. The eggs weren’t a full three; they were old and hard. Additionally, the cashier carelessly tossed butter into an elderly man's hands. Overall, I was very disappointed.
We held a memorial for our son-in-law here and truly appreciated the calm and peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great place to get a quick bite. Fed my husband's nostalgia.
