Horrible. They should just shut this place down and let another business take it's place. I recently went and they are only doing drive-thru. I sat in the parking lot and watched as 4 employees were sitting in the dining room talking to each other, one of the female employees was even vaping in the dining room, and one of the other female employee got up and came outside to smoke a cigarette and talk on her phone. Seeing all of this completely ruined my appetite for Krystal, so I left and spent my money elsewhere. The order was online, so it should be hard to get it WRONG?.. Then as I picked up my order I asked twice if they were with ?NO MUSTARD?, and they promised that they were! I ate one half way and noticed that it had mustard, so I looked at another of thetwelve (12) which also had mustard. After having drove all the way home to eat, I got back in the car, drove back, with the fullorder, but the Employee insisted that I only get 10 since I had partially eaten or touched the two of the 12 with mustard. Ihate mustard! No apologies, no free meal, not even 1 free Krystal! I was actually punished by paying for Krystals with mustard,rather than some form of compensation! I will probably NEVER go back...

The line was long, but I ordered from the app while waiting and saved 50% with the code KRYSTAL50 when I downloaded the Krystal App. I paid through the app even after placing my order at the drive-thru. I was determined to get that 50% off! The app did freeze for a moment, but then it completed my order. The woman at the window noticed my order, confirmed my payment and discount, and swiftly resolved any issues with duplicate orders. It was a great experience! However, I would love to see a healthier menu option added.

I use to work at the Krystal in Lagrange and let me just say, since Rachel thorn stop being the manager that store has went to hell and back. The food is never fresh, the cashiers need better training on customer service and the manager they got now is areal piece of work. It's only certain times of the day that u can go to Krystal to get good food or service but even then utaking a gamble. Reserva una mesa ahora

It was fast and the service was friendly. I'm not especially a fan of Krystals (I don't like the taste) so I don't often go here, but my husband wanted to. I was impressed by the fast and friendly service.

Outside of the building and parking lot looks like a dumpster exploded!! Service was good and friendly! Just need to get a vacuum truck to come through during down hours!!

Service was fine. The wait was not too long. There were bad pot holes in the parking lot in front of the restaurant and one in the drive-thru.
