asked for a couple packs of hot sauce on 4th of July when the drive thru was completely empty . . they said, ' you can have a nice day instead ' when I already came up here the same day for JUST that . not trying to make a day hard just a couple packs of hot sauce . two African American women with long braids and braces .
I visited this Krystal after hearing that the 24-hour location in East Point was closed. So, I decided to go to the Krystal on Old National, since they are usually reliable. However, at this early hour, they only accepted online orders, which was surprising to me. I've never encountered that policy at a Krystal before.
I was given the wrong order. Ordered 10pc wing combo but got 3 lil chilli hotdogs and fries. Traveling bc to hotel tired at 3am I didn't check but the way the lady acted at the window I'm sure it was on purpose. By the time U got bc to hotel I was too tired to come back. I just threw food away... Disgusted!
The older woman with the light skin and the heavy set woman with the blonde short hair cut are a dynamic duo. This may be the rudest establishment in Georgia. Don't eat Krystals regularly, but when i have a taste, I feel like this one has decent made burgers. Only thing is, if you go after 9pm they stay telling you at drive thru theyre only taking deal dash/uber or online delivery orders ??
