After a shopping trip, I stopped by the drive-thru in Lawrenceville, and when I got home, I found that the food wasn't cooked properly. The cheese was still cold, the buns were soggy, and the burgers were flattened and poorly packed in their boxes. I still have everything stored in my fridge; it’s such a letdown. I noticed cars were honking at the drive-thru, which should have been a warning sign. I ended up waiting at the window for 15 minutes, even though I had already paid. What a great morning. Drove all over looking for Krystal! Seriously since pre-covid, about 2 plus years ago, after most Krystals starting closing...and heard a rumor there was one store open in Lawrenceville. I was so happy I ordered 4 Scramblers andSunrisers all for me. The cashier and cooks were so elated when I told them finding this store after 3 years made my morning.It's definitely ranked as country comfort food for me. Grits Scrambler is the best. Going back there everytime I get a cravingfor Krystals. Thank you to kind cook supervisor lady and cashier working the orders and pickup window.
I know that Krystal's has been getting some bad reviews lately, and I completely understand why. However, not every location maintains the same level of quality. This particular one really stands out as being much better than the others. The food is made fresh to order, so you might have to wait a bit, but that just means it’s worth it. The quality of the food reminds me of Krystal's from years gone by. The staff here is friendly, and the burgers were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend checking this place out, and it's great to see they’re back to their regular hours—open 24/7!
1 hour brother! for some frits I understand his late 3 people within, but Bro 1 hour for frits? How, I stayed in the line because I already paid and didn't want to be a card and honk the horn, but Jesus what do you do after waiting that long for some frits? All left the line after 20 minutes the majority of time were we AT THE WINDOW?

Stopped in after picking up a concrete mixer at Home Depot on Wages Dr and had me a breakfast bowl. My son had one also and a cup of coffee. It was outstanding. Great job Katrina and all the staff. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The store was as clean as I've seen one. Thanks for a great experience.
Had a very long drive thru wait, felt like I was being rushed to give my order. They have good chocolate shakes however their machine is always down. But I did get fresh hot Krystals the way I ordered them. Ps. Please bring back your original fries!

Food is dry and old. Chicken is so hard can barely bite into it. Burger patty was so cold the cheese didn?t even melt on it. Absolutely disgusting. Missing a lot of items on my order. This is terrible business. Don?t waste your money here

It's Krystals but this food was hot and fast at 1am after a long flight when I needed it most. A lot of 24 fast food spots don't live up to that type of quality! Good job!!
I think this restaurant merits a fresh review. Many of the current reviews are quite outdated, which made me hesitant to visit for almost a year.
