Krystal - Reservar una mesa

I went on 8-18-2022 with my son. Once we came in, we were greeted by a grouchy older woman. She worked there a long time ago when I was dealing with her terrible attitude. My son wanted popcorn chicken. When I asked if they had popcorn chicken, they laughed at me as if I were stupid, because they no longer know they don't have it anymore. She took it even further by making her employees a joke about it. Haha, do we have popcorn chicken? The only reason she did this was to humiliate me! Why? I ordered Krystal for my son. I'll tell them they had mayonnaise. I corrected my order. Instead of a Sorry we didn't get your order correctly, I got an rude treatment. This is absolutely unacceptable!! This old grouchy woman does NOT need to work customer service! I understand the fight to find employees. ll actually show up for work, but at what price keep You an employee who treats your customers so badly that they never want to come back? That's a good question! Even my child asked, why was this woman so rude to us? Sad!

Visited 9/17/22 - Every time I go to this crystal his badly managed. The management and the franchise owners must do a better job of supporting employees. Training is the key. If the employees are happy, they will provide a better service. The girl at the opening window closed the window while I spoke. Then I asked for creamers for coffee and they're out. Nobody wants to work after the pandemic and offer services. Nobody looks like they want to be there at Krystals or take care of the product they use. They are always out of things and do not manage the store properly. You don't care about the customer. Once again they closed the breakfast at 10 because they were out of things and the ladies in the kitchen singing breakfast is over breakfast is over

I had a terrible time here. I really expected the author to have more respect for the customers. she literally cried me through the drive through and also the manager heard them because I came in to talk to the manager about it. she also became defensiw. I never screamed that I never screamed, but the manager to become defensiw was completely out of order. I will contact my lawyer on this incident and the better business office. Even when I came in, I told the manager, it's very hard out here to keep a job, our economy will be hard. she must have respect because the people here have gone crazy. I just don't feel like I'm respected. if she tells me who else gets this treatment.

Customer service has completely shut down the drain here. I visited this place on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. and at the order the woman who worked the drive-thru was rude and respectful. She cut me in the middle of my order, she had an unpleasant attitude, and she was angry at me when I tried to explain my order. NOT OPINIONS. You could talk the employees negatively about the drive by loudspeakers (Mic was still on). I canceled my order and left. You lost $20. I will not come back here to see how much more revenue is lost on poor customer service unprofessional behavior.

Krystal's was exceptional service, quality and friendly yet friendly staff. The food was hot and fresh and very clean. Nice treasure to visit and get good food for good price. PROS: Parking was clean, staff was nice and food good n fresh CONS: none after observation
