This place needs new management, I went their July 16, 2021 for their breakfast because the last time the food and service was great and my food was all in a big container with a great portion size. I went to the drive through the speaker barely works and the employee was yelling and talking fast so I yelled right back at her my order, she is a Hispanic older women. It took more than 7 minutes for her to open the window and take my money, I told her about the drive through speaker not working well and her attitude was not right for fast food she ignored me. She gave me my food that looks like a kid breakfast menu. The grits was running, the eggs was thin and small portion, the sausage looks...
I had a terrible time here. I really expected the author to have more respect for the customers. she literally cried me through the drive through and also the manager heard them because I came in to talk to the manager about it. she also became defensiw. I never screamed that I never screamed, but the manager to become defensiw was completely out of order. I will contact my lawyer on this incident and the better business office. Even when I came in, I told the manager, it's very hard out here to keep a job, our economy will be hard. she must have respect because the people here have gone crazy. I just don't feel like I'm respected. if she tells me who else gets this treatment.
Customer service has completely shut down the drain here. I visited this place on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. and at the order the woman who worked the drive-thru was rude and respectful. She cut me in the middle of my order, she had an unpleasant attitude, and she was angry at me when I tried to explain my order. NOT OPINIONS. You could talk the employees negatively about the drive by loudspeakers (Mic was still on). I canceled my order and left. You lost $20. I will not come back here to see how much more revenue is lost on poor customer service unprofessional behavior.
Visited this site on 5/15/2022, and it was a mistake! The cashier was so rude! She got upset about me asking for military discount, for which it 's something that I 've earned. Then when I asked for a receipt, conveniently she stated the receipt dispenser is broke. Her attitude is the determining factor of me deciding to never come back to this location. This place is customer service has gone down! I don't understand how you have an attitude with someone placing an order and there is literally hardly anyone in the parking lot No one inside the building and maybe one car at drive-thru! Not to mention the food should be given fresh I received cold sandwiches and cold fries as part of my order. The person who's taking the order at the drive-thru needs to be switched with someone else more friendly and not make you feel rushed!
