Krystal - Reservar una mesa

As someone who worked in the food industry for years, it pains me to have to leave such an awful review. I 've never been yelled at so profusely by an employee before. First of all, the speaker is down in the drive thru, so orders have to be taken at the window. No big deal, I understand and I wait. After waiting quietly for about ten minutes in line, an elderly black woman behind the window asked me for my order. I asked for 4 krystal burgers with cheese my usual. She got it wrong by putting in something with pick 5 , so I repeated 4 krystal burgers with cheese , and then she got it correct (I thought) because she repeated that out loud back to me. I have never felt compelled to leave a review of any business until i stopped at the fern park Krystal location in front of Lowe's off of 1792. The food i would not feed a stray dog. I watched the guy making food keep pulling up his pants with both hands and continued making food. Hair on the rim of my cup. Sprite tastes like garden hose. Not one pleasantry uttered. It wont happen again. No need for a robot response

Worst service ever, out side speakers don't work, gave me the wrong food not what I ordered, fries were cold, totally horrible experience.

Location on google says it’s open 24hours and I’m here now at 1:37am on a Thursday and no one is inside and it’s very closed!
