I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful customer service before. The staff treated me as if I was getting free food without paying. I used to be a regular customer, traveling all the way from Marlow to High Wycombe for halal food during my lunch break. However, today a staff member told me in front of other customers not to order the chicken meal from the lunch menu because I had complained about it before. This was incredibly disrespectful and rude. I decided not to order and left the shop. I will never return to Kay's Peri Peri. It is important to support businesses where you are treated with respect and your money is valued.
I ordered delivery this evening and tried the Chicken Tikka combo burger meal (featuring a Chicken Tikka fillet and quarter pounder burger). What can I say? The burger was delicious, juicy, and the meat was top-notch. The buns were perfect and the chips were warm and well-packaged. I highly recommend this place - it's a fantastic hidden gem in Wycombe and truly the best in town.
Having ordered food in store previously, I was very disappointed in the delivery service. I ordered food for the family at 5.45pm. I was told it would take 40 minutes. I phoned at 7pm and was told it would be 2 minutes. It arrived at 7.30pm. An extra drink I ordered was missing so as well as a very late delivery, I was over charged.
This is an excellent restaurant with delicious food and great customer service. The portion sizes are generous and the quality of the food is decent. The prices are very reasonable, making it a good value. The atmosphere may not be the highlight, but the food is definitely enjoyable.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed!. it dose not hurt to smile and not be rude to your customers, also it seemed like I was a big inconvenience to them. won't be going back and definitely needs to Improve. food was also nothing special dont waste your time.
