before a concert evening, I originally wanted to eat something in the hotel restaurant of the nestor (ludwigsburg). Unfortunately, the kitchen is closed until 18h00, the note card was only given me after a long wait, so that I mentioned very quickly read out and I don't want to lose myself in criticism, but to swarm from the cube. so I discovered the KUBUS restaurant. within a short time I was greeted, the card was presented to me and as a sparing season was, I immediately knew what I wanted. the spade with a steak, fried (well-well done). the desired came in a reasonable time and was of excellent quality. especially I really appreciated the "well well done" - I always order my steak in this...

we went to this restaurant because of the fish buffet that is offered every first Friday in the month. the address has a good call in the city, the chef is known in the world of gastronomy. a very nice buffet to look at (and to eat), with cold appetizers (d smoked red thunfish, which reminds of the smoked ham from the black forest right next door, salmon with orange peel, seafood salad, rolled fondant salmon ...). for hot dishes, a chef cooks the desired pieces in front of her eyes: red tuna, wolfsbarsch, lachs, zanderen, garnelen. they have a good time for everything, of course an all-you-can-eat buffet. also desserts are good (panna cotta, obstsalate, passion fruit cream brûlée, pineapple...

for years I have been to lunch and at family holidays to break on Sunday in this local. the food has always been very good, but the service left more often to wish. lately, I notice a significant increase in passenger care and also in the cleanliness of the tables etc.. is also recommended the fishbuffet.

the food tastes excellent and is very beautifully dressed. the portions are somewhat clear. the restaurant is priced above the middle class. the service is fast and professional. the ambiente is very beautiful, modern and spacious.

food: topservice: topalles: topauch vegan you can eat here. superlecker. in this restaurant are really great chefs in the kitchen. one of my favorite restaurants in ludwigsburg. :) you should have tried that.

after the theater still in the cube. very pleasant atmosphere, very friendly and attentive service. a small but fine selection of appetizers and main dishes, very tasty prepared and presented.

In good weather, on the terrace is really pleasant for lunch, service is friendly and accommodating. Lunch varies over the week. price/performance appropriate. Always happy Reserva una mesa ahora
