Kuentz - Reservar una mesa

my wife and I were on the go basle airport with a little time to lunch. we took roads and expected to find many decisions. we found very few before and after stop at hr kuentz. So we stopped without seeing us on tripadvisor....have an excellent lunch carpes fries for me and a rare roast beef salad for my wife. we saw the peculiarities, the very extensive renovation work in the restaurant area and rooms. Previous reviews can be quite justified, but what we have seen and experienced today deserves a 4th. more we wish the owners with their investments. the hotel is located in a pleasant opposite and we hope that it will be fine.

There's a restaurant that's always bothered me. grandiose, impressive, I had never dared or thought to cross the doors. Finally, life wanted it differently and I made a great discovery: a warm and historical setting for those who love the Napoleonic era, a very pleasant welcome, served a high-end and rich and warm cuisine. It is clear that I will renew the experience.

Very well eaten but surprised by the prices which are still higher on the menu than on the website. The setting is good, the service is good except for a very closed and not really warm waitress.
