Kui - Reserva de mesa

We visited Kui on a Saturday night. While the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and many of our orders were missing. Between courses, my friends and I waited at an empty table for about half an hour. The staff seemed extremely busy, and we had to ask at least five times if our orders were still coming—each time, we were assured they were. In the end, we waited so long that we weren't even hungry anymore, just eager to finish. Considering the price range, there are plenty of better options. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely exceptional. The food surpasses any other Korean BBQ in Montreal, but what truly stands out is the impeccable service. Every restaurant could take a lesson from Kui: the staff genuinely ensures you enjoy your meal, frequently changing the grill, maintaining a cheerful attitude, and never rushing you to stop ordering. In fact, it felt like they wanted us to savor the experience as much as we wished. From the moment we booked until we left, Christopher made sure our entire visit was memorable. We highly recommend this place. Also, it’s BYOW.
