1. The place has strange signs posted everywhere that warn you about extra charges if you don’t finish everything you take from the buffet. I've never encountered this at an all-you-can-eat establishment—it feels really tacky and odd. 2. I have allergies to mayonnaise and some other ingredients commonly found in sushi and seafood. When I inquired with our server about whether the stuffed crab contained mayo, he simply replied, "I don’t know." After that, he ignored my question and started clearing other tables, never bothering to check with anyone else for me. For the price point, they are very unfair. They charge you extra if you take food you don’t finish. Isn’t that the point of all you can eat??? You can’t stay longer than 2 hours or they’ll charge more. It’s just an uncomfortable feeling with extra charges for breathing. I had no intentions of staying more than 2 hours but I wanted to try new foods and I felt pressured not to because the extra charge. I took my mom and my family here and for 30 bucks a person they could have included drinks and ice cream but it’s extra money. We had 10 adults and a couple of children mind you if your children are older than 12 you get charged for an adult. My 12year old autistic nephew who is very challenged...

I don't know why this restaurant gets bad reviews. Yeah, you don't have to sit and graze all day. Two hours. It's time to visit and eat. You're looking for wasted food. Try something new. Then go back and get more. Sushi restaurants have this directive. Sushi is good. The variety is good. The selection of seafood is great. Carving Station has ham, turkey, sausages and prime rib. Salad bar Chinese dishes are all good. My family came to this restaurant when we were in Portland since it was opened. It's clean. The staff is friendly. Variety for everyone at the table. With food costs, the price is fair.

I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I took some family members from out of town this past Thursday for dinner at 7:30. The bathrooms were nasty. The food trays were almost empty and never refilled. Customer service was really bad. We had to flag somebody down for water and sodas, they never did come to our table to take our plates, they then tacked on a convenience fee that we never even knew about. We spent well over $200 to begin with. I was very disappointed.Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetables that or meatless

Sad to say, this place has gone down a lot in quality! The food used to have a good variety and be delicious! Everything seems to come from a frozen box! Watched a guy pull sushi out of a box. The tables are always sticky and dirty! Unfortunately, most of these places do good for a while, then go down hill.Food: 1/5

They have such a big variety of food choices and dessert choices all tasting amazing. Great atmosphere and lighting with choices of booth seating or table seating. Staff is friendly and courteous.Food: 5/5

Incredibly huge selection of food items. At least 10 varieties of sushi to choose from. I hit the sushi hard on my first plate full. Upon my return everything was refilled for my second round.Food: 5/5

There are so many options to choose from! I always feel full before I even get halfway through, haha. My favorites include the sticky rolls and the dessert soups. They offer an incredible variety!

Wide spread of things to choose from, and very tasty! It was PACKED by 12:30 but we got a table no problem when we arrived around noon-ish.Food: 5/5
