Kumo Hibachi Steakhouse

Brought my mom here for her birthday, we were the only people in the restaurant. Yet our waiter (with the light blue contacts) had the worst attitude. One of my favorite places to go in New Haven. I’ve probably ordered here at LEAST 3 times a month for the past couple years. I’ve never had a long wait for dine-in or takeout. The food is always amazing and the staff is always so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place.Food: 5/5

Great japanese food. Sushi rolls are fresh and beautifully rolled. Appetizers (edamame, spring rolls, and shumai) are always delicious. Takeaway is always packaged perfectly and tastes just as good as if you sat down and ordered at the restaurant.Food: 4/5
