Let me start out by saying that the drinks are especially refreshing and very tasty. I ordered my drinks on their app and I chose for them to make it ASAP. There was a lot of people in the lobby and I noticed after a while that others were getting their drinks before I was even though I placed my order before them. After waiting for over 20 minutes I went up to the counter and asked about my drinks. The lady at the counter said that they hadn't started on my drinks because even though they received the online order I still had to go to the front counter and say that I was there. So what is the point of me using their app and telling them to have it ready ASAP? On top of that, the lady was very dismissive and did not care. If you choose to come to this location and you order on the app, please make sure to let them know that you are there otherwise they will not make your drinks. I'm not sure if I would go back due to the unfriendly service.

I don't normally go this far out to the east side but today was an exception and I wanted to treat myself. I ordered a regular Kung Fu milk tea with bubbles and a lychee punch. In terms of flavors, both are pretty on point and the bubbles had pretty good chew to them. The lady who prepared my drinks was very polite and quickly made my drinks for me. The place is quite cool and cozy. They also have a few games for friends to play. I pondered on if I should get the BBQ pork bun but at $6.50 a pop, I decided against it. As for the prices of the drinks, they are definitely on par with what you would expect these drinks to be. I will definitely try other locations and the other drinks. Cheers!

Ordered a milk tea and a steamed bun thru Doordash. I had a text message that it has been delivered, but my order never arrrived. I tried to reorder five times but this store keeps cancelling my order. I called them about the issue and was told that I’m not allowed to reorder again. Just rude!!!! Can’t even explain why I can’t reorder again.

I'd be careful ordering anything from here whether it's in person or through DoorDash. Unsanitary and sometimes old boba/ toppings. Bad management and will never remake an order, even if it's their fault. Just greedy for money and don't treat their employees great either.

Friendly service and the drinks are not bad. My favorite is the Taro slush. They run out of Boba/bubbles about an hour before closing on a regular basis. They stop serving slushes 30 minutes before closing.Food: 4/5
