Visited kung fu tea centreville today and placed 5 orders. Out of the 5 orders they got 3 right. My order which was coffee milk tea with coffee jelly looked like coffe milk tea with a gigantic lump of something (as shown in picture). Requested a refund and the managers response was that this is suppose to look like that! and was not willing to refund. No exchange was even offered. First of all, you seal the top of the cup on this drink and offer a large straw to eat the jelly/bubbles/etc. Second, I've looked at numerous pictures on your website and online and none shows a large lump of jelly like this. If you can show me a picture from your menu or website which shows this lump, I'll be more...
Worst service ever!!! My first visit I ordered a coffee milk tea with double coffee popping bubble and expresso shot. I received the coffee milk tea with tapioca bubble which is something that I don't enjoy the flavor of at all, I didn't notice until I drank it. So I gave it a second try I returned it back this time before even trying to taste it because of the fail last time. I will admit I should have tried to confirm but I hate the flavor so bad I didn't want to even go through it. The line was long so I requested a refund so I can move along. But the grabbed the unopened cup and took it back opened and said it was coffee popping bubble in there as it was last time mixed with regular bubb...

I had so much trouble finding a favorite menu for myself because most of their flavors did not match me I guess. I know they're not bad because obviously everyone loves them so I figured it's just me. I recently tried out their Oreo Shake after trying out several other flavors and I think I'm going to settle with this one. Their cashier was friendly despite the long line and did her best to maintain customer service. This place is a good for hanging out with friends despite its small perimeter (which I'm impressed of).

I visited for a drink and wasn’t sure what to choose. The gentleman at the front was very helpful and offered me several suggestions, one of which I decided to try. He prepared a delightful strawberry tea that I truly enjoyed. The customer service was outstanding. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.
I absolutely love this place! It's clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and positive. The customer service is excellent. OMG, the drinks are incredibly delicious—my favorite is the Oreo! The pumpkin spice cold drink is even better than Starbucks. I highly recommend this spot!
I'm sad they don't have a mango milk tea flavor and overall the flavor choices are limited but with that being said I had the coconut milk tea with aloe jelly and it was amazing! Really flavourful and a great size for tbe large. I will certainly come back to try it again
I got the Oreo milk tea and it was really good! Not my favorite location and it's a little packed but it definitely fulfills your boba desires ? ? ?

I absolutely loved this bubble tea shop! My orders are always ready on time (I usually do mobile orders). Plus, the customer service is excellent!
It's very sweet, so I recommend trying the half-sweet or 30% sweet options.
