We are accustomed to going to different Asian restaurants at the will of the agglomeration of Rouen. What a disappointment... mediocre welcome, warmth in the restaurant. Plat proposed more than ordinary... A little better about the wok. The dessert buffet is no flavor or interest. Cocktails are expensive...
