I went into get a muffin. All the staff were talking. I went to the till to get a muffin. Did not get asked if I was taking away or eating in. The assumption was I was eating in. I was taking away. Why did I have to apologise to the staff. Nothing from them to me as the customer. No,sorry or anything just a look of disgust from the person that had to put my muffin a bag for me to take away. I have only been in a couple of times. I think this will be my last visit if this is how the staff treat their customers.no star rating as I think there seems to be a lack of customer service training. The young lad on the till was polite and efficient, I suspect he’s quite new. The lady making the coffee’s was clearly stressed and not coping with the amount of orders, which resulted in her being very short and rude to the poor lad, when he asked any sort of question. I felt very sorry for him! I have come across the lady in question before when visiting the shop. She completely ignored me standing, waiting to order, while she faffed around rearranging. A simple, “I will be with you in a minute”, would have gone a long way, and prevented me from walking out. It’s such a shame there are a couple of staff members that let the place down because the coffee and cakes are excellent.

Horrible...just went with kids for a treat and spent 8£ for shocking ice creams from people who do not care...they more bothered to chat to each other that provide good customer service...just so poor quality for double ice creams and shocking look of them...just better go to Waitrose and buy ice creams there or even in McDonald's...that to this place...and they not use gloves when prepare food or even tissues just with bare hands and when they pass you they give it a tissue...they need a lot of training or they should change job as you can see they do not care...

Hadn’t been in for a while and realised a staff change straight away … ordered a cappuccino and large sausage roll and then was abruptly told too sit and wait by the manageress !! Finally after bit of a kaffufel behind the counter I got my coffee but they had forgot my sausage roll which caused a bit of confusion as too whose job it was too warm it but after they had there quick staff meeting the sausage roll came cold anyways. Only two staff on most days who are run off their feet, how they stay polite and cheerful amazes me. I give 5 stars to the staff but not to those who run the business so the management need to have a reality check and take a good look at what is going on as it is totally unfair on the staff who are doing their best in a very difficult situation and frustrating for customers having to wait so long to be served.

i Love coming here for a very friendly welcome serving good coffee and muffins which I always have at the weekend. Very busy but got served quickly. Free WI FI and always a selection of papers to read which is nice with your drinks. Will come back again. Well done to ALL THE FRIENDLY STAFF

as i walked in the door there was an odd smell ,,, but the hot chocolate was lovely and very warming , the tables could have done with a wipe but only appeared to be two staff , on the way out i realised the smell was coming from the people sat just inside not the establishment itself xx

The place was empty when served by TONI for a lovely cup of coffee. It's such a shame a good business is struggling to survive this lockdown . I love coming here for a chat and muffins and maybe the good times will come back. TONI was extremely friendly and a credit to kunis. Reserva una mesa ahora

ordered a brownie sundae for delivery and it was less than a quarter icecream and just topped with loads of whipped cream absolutely disgusting not what i’d call a sundae at all!! also got a chocolate milkshake and it didn’t taste good at all very disappointed.

Good place but knowing it is remembrance Sunday and they are going to be busy they would have more than 3 staff!!!
