my friend and I went to copper because we heard they had a tomato cheese! the place is super sweet on the outside and was pretty busy on the inside, which always leads us to believe that it is a great place, and we were not disappointed! I have the jalapeño bagel with chive tofu cream cheese and tomaten, and my friend got a poppy seedling bagel with chive tofu cream cheese, tomaten and gurke. we also ordered a few bagels and a tub of cream cheese for the next few days. I would recommend! we forget that we even eat vegan cream cheese! tipp: order them ahead so they don't have to wait in the line!
